Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe (select countries/regions). Specific shipping countries/regions can be confirmed on the checkout page.

Carriers
International carriers we work with or may use include, but are not limited to:

  • International Express Services: DHL Express/FedEx/UPS/TNT (operated by the FedEx network)

  • Postal and E-commerce Specialized Services: EMS/USPS/Canada Post/Australia Post/Royal Mail and other reliable international e-commerce logistics providers

Please note: We will automatically choose the carrier based on the order’s actual situation, and we do not support customers selecting a specific carrier.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be slight delays, and we will notify you via the order page or email.

Return Address
All returns must be sent to the address provided in the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns without authorization may be refused. The return address is: 3440 DE PAUL LN, STE 208, BRIDGETON, MO 63044, USA.

Shipping Fee & Free Shipping

  • Free shipping for orders over $160 within the United States, and over $260 for orders to Canada, Australia, and Europe.

  • Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method. Free shipping eligibility and thresholds (if applicable) will be displayed on the checkout page and may vary by region.

Customs Duties and Taxes
In certain cases, you may need to pay customs duties and import taxes for your order. The amount of these duties and taxes will vary depending on the destination address’s specific regulations.
Please note that these fees are the responsibility of the recipient according to local customs and tax regulations. If taxes are not displayed as included at checkout, customs/import duties will generally be the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & Europe: 7–15 business days (as displayed on the checkout page).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs, or carrier issues. If delivery exceeds the expected time, we will notify you via email or SMS and assist with investigating the issue or providing alternative arrangements.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information via email. You can also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number to view the latest order status. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item and provide photos of the damaged packaging and item. We will verify the situation and offer a free replacement or full refund once the damage is confirmed. For lost packages, we will cooperate with the carrier to investigate and provide a resolution. You may need to provide tracking information and related communication records as evidence.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If delivery cannot be completed or the package is returned due to incorrect address details, additional fees or delays may occur.

Handling Exceptions
If there are any shipping issues (e.g., long delays, misdelivery, damage, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and tracking number. We will assist in checking with the carrier.
